Surgery M&M 2025

Occurs weekly every Thursday starting on 1/1/2025 at 7:00 AM

The purpose of the Surgery M&M conference is to provide a safe venue for Residents and Faculty to identify areas of improvement, and promote professionalism, ethical integrity and transparency in assessing and improving patient care. The M&M provides a forum to teach curriculum on quality improvement.

1. Promote a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to the diagnosis, treatment and management of surgical patients
2. Apply evidence-based medicine to ensure the most appropriate clinical pathways for enhanced recovery after surgery
3. Advance the evaluation, treatment and management of our patients through discussion of cases
4. Identify best practices by identifying errors and hazards in care while providing surgical interventions
5. Discuss specific cases using a system-based approach

Luminis Health is accredited by MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
