Surgical Services Quality Forum 2025 - 2/14/2025

Peer-Review medical literature suggests that Quality Forums/M&M’s serve as a vehicle to improve current medical care and provide knowledge about the most recent surgical advances. In addition, “Observed Needs” such as Morbidity & Mortality data, Quality/Practice Improvement Data Guidelines, Hospital QA analyses suggest that this teaching modality is a productive venue for self-appraisal and identification of best practices identifying errors and hazards in care while providing interventions and processes that will improve the quality of patient care.
